Hi, Have you all been able to get iTunes 10 working with Phantom Drive? At the very end of the burn I get an iTunes error: The attempt to burn a disc failed error: 4220

During some tests we have found out that the mentioned error occurs when you create a CD-R blank ISO image with Phantom Drive and then try to burn audio data. This is not possible as audio data are not ISO compatible...

Actually, it will work with audio data if you just burn one file at a time--but that's kind of tedious.

Another way you can get it to work: when you create the blank image, uncheck the box that says "create ISO image." It will then create a .phi file instead that will work with audio data and escape the error. If the ISO format is absolutely essential...sorry.

I get an error when i burn cds all of a sudden the error code 4220 is popping up and it also says disc fail what is the problem it was not doing this i have had itune for about 5 yrs and never had this problem until last week trying to figure out what the problem is but i cant figure it out
