WG: Phantom Drive not being Detected, SN Number : SH0362888

Guys,

I had read really good reviews of Phantom External Drive and bought one
less than a year ago.

SN Number : SH0362888.

and it has been working fine until now.


1. Now it does not get detected on my WINDOW 7 Professional.
2. I have tried several wires but none worked (the USB Cable).
3. It powers on with Blue light but seems like Drive is not
rotating meaning i do not hear the noise


Can you guys help me? I have very important data on this drive.


I will appreciate your help on this.

We need more information to pinpoint the problem.
Please send us the complete Phantom Diagnostics(Right-click on Phantom Drive icon in the SysTray of the task bar -> Phantom Starter -> Phantom Diagnostics). Simply "Copy & paste" the result into a new answer.
