wrong region code in a DVD ISO file

Windows media player had said "wrong region code" when he had read a DVD ISO image created by and mounted on a "Phantom Drive" unit (with PowerDirector 11).

But in fact, it was probably a wrong message of WMP. The ISO file created for this test was very short, probably too short. A standard DVD ISO image file created by "phantom drive" (3 GO or more), is decoded by WMP without error message.

I have made buy your "Phantom Drive" software by a friend of mine, but she cannot speak english und sie nicht mehr spricht Deutsch.
is there a way to translate menus and messages in french ? (that way i could translate for him in french)
